[Qgis-user] Build QGIS shows "can't find sip"

Hello:    I Build QGIS with VS2015,QT5.9.3,QGIS-master,when i build it with CMake,it shows can't find sip,but i already download sip from osgeo4w,so what's wrong with it？my python version is 3.5.4
