[Qgis-user] QGIS Las Palmas installation fails with integrity check error

I've tried downloading QGIS 2.18.3 several times now, and every time I've
tried to execute the installer, I get the error message that the Installer
integrity check has failed. I've tried most of the suggestions here:

http://nsis.sourceforge.net/Why_do_I_get_NSIS_Error

 

And so far nothing has worked. Any suggestions? The installer file I have
has a size of 381,507KB.
