[Qgis-user] qgis

I am a beginner,so please be patient with me.I tray to learn Qgis,and I'm lookiag for a good manual. I have a pubblication of Monash University: it is ok,but it seems to refert to a different version of Qgis  respect to what i have(2.18 LasPalmas)I have a windows PC i7 processor.Daniele Fergnani
