[Qgis-user] Lines oriented on compass degrees

I record points for archaeological sites in Hawai'i and could make use of maps that allow me to draw orientation reference lines on, say, the equinox path, or maybe the solstice path. Is there a QGIS feature or plugin that would allow me to create a layer that contains a correctly-oriented compass relative to my maps?
