[Qgis-user] Error messages in Processing/Grass on files I am not using?

When running a simple Grass procedure like v.clean I have now several times
experienced it stopping with error messages like:

"ERROR 4: Unable to open C:/Users/MAP/Documents/@Sync/ADB/Xiangtan\Future
Infrastructure - identified projects-water OSM.shx or
C:/Users/MAP/Documents/@Sync/ADB/Xiangtan\Future Infrastructure - identified
projects-water OSM.SHX.Try --config SHAPE_RESTORE_SHX true to restore or
create it" 

But I have not told processing to do anything with this file and it is not
in my project at all?

Some days ago I used processing on this file but not now? Both Qgis and PC
has been closed and restarted since then.

I suspect it has to do with the temporary files written by processing
C:\Users\USER\AppData\Local\Temp and have tried to delete old files from
here but no luck :-(
