[Qgis-user] Snapping/ catching a vertex

Hello

i have a pretty simple  question:
I have a vector layered map and i would like to catch/snap to the closed vertex (after some zoom in, like 1:70 or so)
and get the lat/lon for.

How could that be done the easiest way
