  Hi all,

  I am using QGis 2.18, it was updated today from 2.18.4 to 2.18.5.
The platform is [Xu|U]buntu 16.04 and it was updated from:

deb http://qgis.org/debian xenial main

My locate is:

$ locale
LANG=pt_BR.UTF-8
LANGUAGE=pt_BR:en
LC_CTYPE="pt_BR.UTF-8"
LC_NUMERIC=pt_BR.UTF-8
LC_TIME=pt_BR.UTF-8
LC_COLLATE="pt_BR.UTF-8"
LC_MONETARY=pt_BR.UTF-8
LC_MESSAGES="pt_BR.UTF-8"
LC_PAPER=pt_BR.UTF-8
LC_NAME=pt_BR.UTF-8
LC_ADDRESS=pt_BR.UTF-8
LC_TELEPHONE=pt_BR.UTF-8
LC_MEASUREMENT=pt_BR.UTF-8
LC_IDENTIFICATION=pt_BR.UTF-8

  I tryed the "LC_ALL=C" trick to have all messages in english but the
popup didn't showed up, I need to have my original locale active for
the popup show up at the stat time.

  If I click the OK the popup goes away and QGis starts without a
problem. I have tryed to rename the '~/.qgis2' directory to a new
name and nothing changed as the plugin was installed along with the
program in system area.

The message, with translations of some Portuguese, was:

[tr: Impossible to load processing plugin due to an error calling
classFactory() method.]

método classFactory()
