[Qgis-user] Can't create Spatial lite database from QGIS Browser

Hi people,

Tried to follow this
http://docs.qgis.org/2.0/en/docs/training_manual/databases/spatialite.html
 to create a sqlite database from the QGIS Browser but there is nothing I
can create as it does not give me the option and I right click on it. See
attach.

Do I need to do something else first?.
