[Qgis-user] bring selected feature to the top

a rough solution is to generate a buffer (or blink or svg) if point is
selected or not (geometry generator + style by expression) or if more than
a feature is in the buffer (e.g. overlap). with expressions and generators
(and is_selected operator) there are a lot of solutions.
