[Qgis-user] Features being arbitrarily deleted from a geojson file while saving or stop editing....

Good morning,

In the last week or so (had been conducting the same interactions for
months) while editing a geojson linestring dataset, and deleting hundreds
of features during editing sessions - QGIS began to arbitrarily delete
desired features when attempting to save edits or stop editing/saving edits.

I experienced this problem with 2.14 and 2.18 (after updating versions to
see if this had something to do with it).
