[Qgis-user] Huge Raster calculator

Hi,

Is anyone aware if the Qgis raster calculator will be able to deal with very large rasters in the near future? Any plans on implementing a fix soon?  If so, I can help in testing as I have multiple large raster sets ready to go.

For now, I am using gdal call but that is not very flexible when it comes so dealing with   rasters of different sizes and posting.
