[Qgis-user] Help with Rectangles Ovals Digitizing plugin

If I remember right there was some restriction on the project projection.
It probably has to be EPSG:4326, but I am just going from memory. If you
are just doing a fixed rectangle, ellipse, or some polygon such as an
octagon, you could see if the "Shape Tools" plugin would do what you need.
