[Qgis-user] Exporting from Print Composer causes the OpenLayers plugin satellite map to shift position?

Hi,

I have a reoccurring problem which is the bottom layer of my map (Google Satellite OpenLayer plugin) shifts position between working in the Print Composer window and exporting the file. However, the .shp layers (lines and points) stay in the correct place relative to each other and the grid frame.

This problem occurs also when using Bing Arial OpenLayer instead of Google Satellite. I have tried using both versions 2.8.3 and 2.18.18, and the exact same thing happens.

What can be done to stop the layer from moving during the export? Using print screens for presentation limits resolution quality, and there has to be a solution to this problem.

This is my first time using this emailing list and I am very new to QGIS.

Thanks for your help,

Leo
