[Qgis-user] Display Kanji from SHP files

Hi Markus, Christine,
I have not tried QGIS 3 yet (still QGIS 2...),
but normally, Japanese people use "Shift_JIS", "CP932" or "UTF-8"
encoding for Kanji.
