[Qgis-user] Lat Lon Tools now supports Plus Codes

By request I have implemented "Plus Code" coordinates into Lat Lon Tools.
This is available for QGIS 3 as version 3.1.1. You can zoom to a Plus Code
or snapshot a Plus Code to the keyboard. It provides Plus Code conversions
and is integrated into the digitizing process. You will need to set the
Settings appropriately for plus code use. For more information see
https://plus.codes/ and http://plugins.qgis.org/plugins/latlontools/.
