[Qgis-user] qgis.networkanalysis missing in QGIS 3

Listing a Class does not make it implementable

If I can't instantiate it, and with no documentation of steps in a process
of graph creation, the API docs are useless.

You seem to be saying the functionality to create a graph is available - why
won't you simply tell me how? I have spent hours digging into outdated docs,
examining source, trying multiple things. I am adept at Python and
geoprocessing. QGIS is purported to be an _interface_ to geospatial
functions, one that can be operated by people who didn't write the code.

I remind you this is a "user" forum. I have posted a problem in detail and
explained what I have tried. The norm, in StackExchange, etc etc is for
those with knowledge to provide an answer if they have one. Don't tell me to
RTFM, there isn't a valid one.
