[Qgis-user] Plugins repository unavailable for 2.18?

Nope, nothing changed. We have had a one-time hickup in the service in
last days. But those files are now (double) cached: by ourselves and by
Cloudflare.

IF it fails can you then check in a browser if
https://plugins.qgis.org/plugins/plugins.xml/?qgis=2.18
also fails and let us know?
