[Qgis-user] join excell to attribute table

hi

im trying to join excel to attribute table
I follow all that is to read in the helps  and forum
there are many articals that sometime contradict each other
aby way
ut doent work,
I get duplicated field and I cant put the data from rhe excels into the
target field
it just appear duplicated
is there some advice ? is there reliable guide?
