[Qgis-user] Most Downloaded Plugins For Each Year

The numbers were not normalized in any manner. They were taken directly
from the number of downloads from the QGIS web site and are the total
numbers of downloads since release. This would penalize plugins that were
released on the fall, but would be less of an effect on plugins released a
few years ago.

I can believe the stats by what the plugins are that were released in 2015.
The most important need a user has is to get basemap data and that is what
Quick Map Services does. I use it all the time. There is also a lot of
interest in creating on-line maps with qgis2web. Perhaps one of this days I
will try this again but normalize the numbers.

For today, however, I am attending FOSS4G NA.
