[Qgis-user] unlocking toggle editing

Hi Etienne,

Thanks! But I cannot. :(

My "toggle editing" button is disabled. I imported the csv using the 
"Delimited text layer' functionality.


This is the data I used:

x,y,v
138000,407000,a
138000,408000,b
139000,408000,c
139000,407000,d
