[Qgis-user] Vector Affine trouble

Hi,

there is a qgsAffine version for 3.4 onGitHub:
https://github.com/pohmelie/qgsAffine

Unfortunatelly it is not available from QGIS 3 Plugins. You can install it 
manually, download zip from github and copy the qgisAffine folder from zip 
to the QGIS plugin directory on your machine. To find the plugin folder
