[Qgis-user] Vector Affine trouble

The Shape Tools <http://plugins.qgis.org/plugins/shapetools/>plugin has a
Geodesic Transform tool somewhat similar to an affine transformation only
it is using geodesic math to do the transformation about the centroid. It
rotates, scales, and translates the object.
