[Qgis-user] North arrow in QGIS

Hi Nyall,

If it is that easy to do (without a lot of duplication (in code and UI)) 
then I would also be in favor of adding a new separate item for 
north-arrows.

It would then just point to the folder that contains the images of 
north-arrows and could display the image browser of the available 
north-arrows in a non-collapsed state.
