[Qgis-user] Building Qgis Server only

Hm - I am still fighting with Gitlab permissions - my repo on gitlab is
closed, because in some cases they contain internal information about
our setup. Seems I can't easily change permissions after the repo was
created. On this repo I could open permissions but couldn't find out
how. Everything is greyed out regarding permissions.

But my repo looks very similar to what Daniele just responded here:
https://github.com/gem/oq-qgis-server/
