[Qgis-user] Stand alone Python script terminal output

Greetings,

When running standalone Python scripts from CMD in Windows I see messages
like '..\..\..\src\core\qgsproviderregistry.ccp(89) :
(QgsProviderRegistry::init)...'

Is there some flag or a way to suppress this output when running standalone
scripts?
