[Qgis-user] Qgis 3.4.4 doesn't launch

Look in the /Library/Frameworks/GEOS.framework/Versions/ directory and see
if the version is something other than 3.  At one point I had an issue
where it expected version 3, but there was only a 3b.  I think I just made
a symbolic link from 3 to 3b.
