[Qgis-user] can't find processing in QGIS 3.4.4 LTR

Dear list,

I have just downloaded the latest QGIS version for Windows (3.4.4 - LTR) 
and it doesn't show the menu for processing. The plugin is active. Any 
idea if I need to do something to 'switch it on'?
