[Qgis-user] SCP plugin

Hi,

After installing a 3.x version of QGIS (I suggest 3.4 LTR), try creating a
new clean profile (settings > user profiles > new profile) and install the
plugin in it.

If the problem persists, please repor here and in the SCP issue tracker.
