[Qgis-user] QGIS: DTM from numerous xyz files

Hi folks, this is my first question via the QGIS user mailing list. I am no longer a complete beginner with QGIS but I am certainly not a professional.

Now I have to combine almost 4000 (!) xyz files with a total of about 3 GB to a DTM. Unfortunately I have not yet found an elegant solution for this without adding each file individually. I'm thinking of a kind of batch processing (add raster layer, set projection, etc.). Does anyone have an idea or a helpful link at one's fingertips?
