Hi,

I also have this problem. I get:

Failed to fetch https://qgis.org/ubuntugis/dists/bionic/InRelease  The
following signatures couldn't be verified because the public key is
not available: NO_PUBKEY F7E06F06199EF2F2

But when I run sudo gpg --keyring
gnupg-ring:/etc/apt/trusted.gpg.d/qgis-archive.gpg --list-signatures,
I get:
