Hi Jean,
Have a look in the layer’s symbology for Labels. There’s a walk through some other parts of the symbology in here: https://docs.qgis.org/3.10/en/docs/training_manual/basic_map/symbology.html <https://docs.qgis.org/3.10/en/docs/training_manual/basic_map/symbology.html>
(And maybe have a look for other things in the training manual that might be useful too?)
