[Qgis-user] Qgis does not start after win10 update

Hi Thomas,

I also get this message frequently in connection with a missing opencl.dll. 
Please check if this file is located in the directory "C:\windows\system32". Important: it must be 121 KB in size.
If this file is missing, you will get the mentioned error message. Maybe you can copy the file from a running QGIS on another system. 
For this please use the directory "%OSGEO4W_ROOT%\bin".

clCreateCommandQueueWithProperties points to opencl.

Try to reinstall the opencl package.
