[Qgis-user] PyCharm Setup

Hi All;
Looking for a good tutorial on setting up PyCharm for QGIS. I found a few
but I couldn't get them to work; most seemed to be Apple or Linux
directions.
I am running a 64bit Windows OS with a 64bit PyCharm Community and 64Bit
QGIS with the OsGeo Installer.
Any directions specific to that setup?
