[Qgis-user] Displaying problem after installing QGIS (3.10.7 LTR)

*QGIS version*: 3.10.7 LTR(at moment)

*History*: Earlier installed QGIS 1.9.0-30 and now it is uninstalled

*Problem*:QGIS 3.10.7 LTR Software installed  successfully , while opening
the software, only   flash screen displays and flashes the message as

*“Private qgis.db”*

*“Update in private qgis.db failed.table vw_srs already exists”*

Mode of installation: Standalone installation

Operating system:Window10-Home

How to address this problem?
