[Qgis-user] 3.10.7 fails to start after upgrade from 3.10.6

Good day

After upgrading from 3.10.6 to 3.10.7 on Debian 10, Qgis crashes 
immediately at startup.

I attempted removing the user profile from the previous installation of 
Qgis, but the software still crashes after getting through the Getting 
Started dialog.

This problem has occurred on two of my computers that are both running 
Debian 10, after upgrading from 3.10.6 to 3.10.7, recently.
