[Qgis-user] Finalising the changelog for 3.12

Hi,

And thanks for this work.

It looks like there is a duplicate for a feature that I already
documented

- Oracle curve type edition support
- Support for Oracle curves and surfaces

The second one needs to be deleted but I get a 404 error if I click on
the delete entry link.
