[Qgis-user] Query for "Vector blender" Plugin

Hi Warner, Thanks for promt response.
Basically I have to georeference the vector file, it may be linear or
rubber sheet transformation like "spatial adjustment" in Arc_GIS Platform.
So please suggest me.
