[Qgis-user] QGIS 3.10 not responding

Hi Yann,

I have no issues here on Windows 10, I use QGIS 3.12.0

But for readers here you should explain in more detail when your problem 
occurs (when you try to add specific data, try to start a specific 
plugin, or when clicking on the desktop icon, etc.)
