[Qgis-user] remove topological errors

Dear all,

The attached shape has multiple topological errors and I would like to know
how to remove all of them.

First, I dissolved the shape PalancaresERTS89 and checked topology and
found multiple errors inside the poligon. I would like to know the way to
remove all the errors. I am aiming to build a new shape just without points
or vertices inside the polygon.
