[Qgis-user] How to link a raster (image) to the rest of the project in the correct position?

Hi,

If you have 3.6 p, I would consider updating.  You will need to activate the georeferencer in the plugins.  It does not need to be installed. Just turned on. The icon should the appear in a toolbar.  If not, right click in the toolbar section and activated that toolbar.
