[Qgis-user] QGIS 3.16.0 Rotate features

Hi Stuart,

can you secify your data format? is it GPX? Not all data formats are 
editable in QGIS. You can try with right mouse click on your data layer 
-> export -> save features as and then choose a format like shapefile or 
better geopackage...
