[Qgis-user] Convert QML style files

Hello,
I have few shapefiles that have QML style files. The symbology of
shapefiles works perfectly fine within QGIS. However, when I add these
shapefiles to ArcGIS online map, the symbology does not get translated. Is
there a way to convert the QML style symbology to ESRI compatible style?
