[Qgis-user] create a polygon retracing a line

Hi to all,

I need to draw a polygon that has the same shape/area of another file that
was created as a line (shape file geometry line).

Does Qgis have any editing tool to create a polygon (shape file polygon)
retracing a shape file line (geometry shape file: line)?
