[Qgis-user] Google earth historical images

Hi,

Thank Charles, this is interesting.  Unless I am mistaken thought, the 
google Earth engine will not give me the images normally seen on Google 
Earth as those are proprietary data that we cannot normally use.  Google 
Earth engine (unless I am mistaken)  gives us what is normally openly 
accessible.  In this case, I just need the high rez pretty picture and 
not the actually usable satellite imagery.  I will check out the link as 
well as the Google Earth Engine.  I have used it in the past I'm a bit 
shaky in java script...  Too busy learning other stuff!
