[Qgis-user] 3.18.3 version on macOS isn't available

Hey! 

The version QGIS 3.18.3 version is not available on macOS although on the site is advertised and if you open QGIS is telling you that there is a new version. However, when you download you get the 3.18. <https://github.com/Homebrew/homebrew-cask/pull/105979/commits/3a4e702efea7e3e11cc66ac538941909464ea938>2. 

The checksum is also wrong https://qgis.org/downloads/macos/qgis-macos-pr.sha256sum <https://qgis.org/downloads/macos/qgis-macos-pr.sha256sum> and it's advertising the version 3.18.1. 

Where should I report this?
