Hi Kelvin,
there are actually two latest version on QGIS: QGIS 3.16.12 and QGIS
3.22.0 both released at the same time last week.
Moreover, on Windows 10 64 bit, there are more than one installer which
ship different dependency library (in particular different versions of
the Python library), and there are "standalone" installers and "network"
installers.

I suppose you are using now QGIS 3.20.0.

As you can figure out, without the "whole pletora of python errors", it
is not possible to know the cause of the issue.

Anyway I guess the issue is due to the fact that QGIS 3.20.0 is built
with Python 3.9 while the plugin was written to work with a previous
version of Python.

So, at the moment, in order to use such plugin, I think you can:

- use the latest version of QGIS 3.16, which currently is QGIS 3.16.12,
making sure you use the installer from the "Long-term release in old
OSGeo4W (continued with previous dependencies)" section of the QGIS Web
site download page so it will install Python 3.7 instead of Python 3.9.

- or, file a bug report in the plugin repository on GitHub and wait for
the plugin developer to fix it in order to use the plugin with QGIS 3.20

Best regards.

Andrea
