[Qgis-user] DB Manager opening GeoPackage : no entry in geometry_columns table

BDT_3-0_GPKG_LAMB93_D031-ED2021-09-15.gpkg connected, DB Manager say for 
all layers : « No entry in geometry_columns table ! ».
gpkg_spatial_ref_sys, gpkg_contents and gpkg_geometry_columns seems 
conformed to https://www.geopackage.org/spec/.
Where i mistake (i am beginner) ?
Can you reproduce that in different environement ?
What conclude ? Wrong packaging ? QGIS bug ?
