[Qgis-user] [QGIS-Developer] Step-up for OGC compliance

Considering that I already take care of the underlying "technical
infrastructure" for the OGC compliance (server admin,
QGIS-Server-CertifSuite,
...), I propose to also take care of the formal request.

What do you think?
