You can also go to https://github.com/qgis/QGIS/releases where there's a
link under each release for the included changes, so for 3.16.16 it links
to https://github.com/qgis/QGIS/compare/final-3_16_15%5E...final-3_16_16.
That way you get interactive links to the commits, PRs and Issues, and you
can also choose which releases to compare.
