Tried copying an OpenCLL.dll to a QGIS /bin subdirectory but that didn't do anything (don't know what files are good and what are not or if that was the right directory).
But downloading and installing the latest 3.22.8-4 worked (after uninstalling and also deleting the remaining directory of 3.22.8-3).
Now some work can be done. . . . :)
